MANPHIBIAN

At last! The Heroic Warriors have an ally from the great oceans of Eternia!
Hailing from a mysterious and very secretive amphibious species, Manphibian has heeded the call of Eternia?s heroes.
For Eons Manphibian?s people have lived in seclusion deep beneath the oceans of Eternia. Every year for a season they migrate to the surface and spend time
on land... even then they avoid all contact with other beings. However, with the threat of Skeletor, The Snake Men and the Horde looming over Eternia his
people have taken council with King Randor. It was decided that their greatest champion, Manphibian, would take leave form his people and join the forces
of good in their battle against evil.
His vast knowledge of the deep, his people?s strange technology and his own incredible powers help defend Eternia and Castle Grayskull against the likes of Skeletor, King Hiss and the Evil Horde!

Powers:
Armed with his powerful shoulder-mounted Hydro-Cannons, super strength and the ability to control and manipulate water and earth alike, Manphibian is a force to be reckoned with!
He carries an ornate scimitar and a large net to capture foes.

Description:
*Manphibian is a lean, muscular humanoid but with some water-based features such as gills, fins and webbed fingers.
*He wears a techno-organic, amphibious-looking helm but only his human looking mouth is exposed.
*He has two large cannons mounted on his shoulders that connect to a large canister (not unlike a scuba divers air-tank) on his back. These are connected to his armour.
*General MotU-styled gauntlets and furry/seaweedy underwear.
*Techno-organic boots that may or may-not resemble scuba flippers (perhaps not as large)
*General colour scheme is Blue, white and green (small amounts of gold as well)

Toy:
If Manphibian were a toy his tank would hold water and the cannons would squirt a stream of water (or a mist by turning the nozzle of the cannon ala kitchen detergent spray bottles)
