Hab tatsächlich Antwort erhalten, allerdings keine Stornierungsbestätigung, sondern eine Ankündigung, dass mir in den nächsten 48 Stunden, eine Trackingnummer zugeschickt wird...

Weiß nicht, ob ich mich nun freuen soll, oder nicht. Eigentlich hab ich mit dem Thema abgeschlossen gehabt

Last year during Black Friday we launched a flurry of great products for Pre-Sale. Regarding SDCC 2016, TLS initially received only a partial shipment of our MOTU SDCC items. The items sold out and TLS was anticipating, through guidance from our supplier, that the balance was not far behind. Unfortunately, our supplier misjudged their calendar and spent additional time on manufacturing modifications, so alas we were presented with another difficulty - letting our customers know yet again there would be a delay in shipping the SDCC items. The items have now shipped 120 days later. Despite the days, they are great quality, highly sought after and have great trade value, even better in your permanent collection. G.I. Joe had some additional complexities including a rigorous approval process which ultimately created an untimely delay. We?re happy that those items have also shipped to eager supporters. We love the product - it has our platinum stamp of approval and hopefully will earn yours as well.

We certainly want to deliver to our supporters? expectations, including timeliness, and we?re aiming to improve all processes along the way to do just that.
